On your Skyewallet app or we platform kindly follow the following steps

• Click on "Get Started"
• Provide the necessary information such as FIRST NAME,LAST NAME,EMAIL ADDRESS ,PASSWORD AND PHONE NUMBER and click "Continue"
• An OTP will be sent to the email address you provided,input the OTP and click on continue to successfully create an account

Skyewallet has three stages of KYC verification ,Level One,Level Two and Level Three

To upgrade to level one

• Kindly click on "Profile"
• click on "Increase limit" please input a valid phone number
• Input the OTP sent to the provided phone number before your timer runs out

To upgrade to level two

• Kindly click on "Profile"
• click on "Increase limit" please input a valid local bank account details
• Please ensure that the names,(first name and last name only) on your bank account details are in corresponding order as that on your skye wallet profile

To upgrade to level Three

• Kindly click on "Profile" and then increase limit
• upload an image of your valid identification card(National Id,Drivers license,Voters card and International Passport),your verification will be processed
• Please ensure that the names,(first name and last name only) on your bank account details are in corresponding order as that on your skye wallet profile
